Observer’s Acknowledgement & Interview Nondisclosure Agreement

• I understand that I have been given a one day period deemed an “observation day” for which there is no pay or compensation and will have no claims against the Company for wages, unemployment, worker’s compensation, or disability benefits.
• I understand that this is a follow-up interview so that I may evaluate the requirements of the job for which I am applying in a behind-the-scenes manner.
• I understand that this is a voluntary activity during which I will observe the work being performed. If I choose to help or participate, I am doing so of my own volition and without expectation of payment.
• I understand that this working interview does not constitute a job offer and that I am not officially hired and will not be treated as an employee by the Company for purposes of federal, state, and or local taxes.
• I understand that if I am offered a permanent employment position, the Company and I will enter into a formal written agreement.
• The Company’s trade secrets may be disclosed during the interview process or as a result of Applicant’s access to Company’s premises. Company’s trade secrets consist of information and materials that are valuable and not generally known by Company’s competitors. At all times, Applicant will keep confidential and will not make use of or disclose to any third party any of Company’s trade secrets.
• I understand that if during the working interview, I find that the position is not suitable for me, I can release myself from the activity and from further employment without offense from the Company. I further understand that the Company has the same right. I understand that if I am offered a permanent employment position, an additional 90 day probationary period is a formal requirement for continued employment. I also understand that during the 90 day probationary period I can be terminated without a reason being given, and that I may not be eligible for state unemployment compensation or further employment with the Company.
